Between Santa Monica and Oxnard in California, there is a 47 mile stretch of coastline made accessible by the Pacific Coast Highway 1.
During the first part of the twentieth century however, it was a private dirt road primarily used by the Rindge family to access their expansive Malibu Ranch. Losing a well fought battle to keep it private, in 1929 it was opened for public use, named the Roosevelt Highway, before being renamed the Pacific Coast Highway. This image captures a view looking north up the road, now known as Will Rogers State Beach. In the early 1900’s the rail lines were taken off and in 1972 the lighthouse was demolished.

We like to look after the best towels on the planet, so machine wash in COLD water...please. Separately, if you can with dark colors. Don't use oxidizing or chlorine based bleaching agents. Avoid optical brighteners & fabric softeners.
Tumble dry on low, and don't iron it. Why would you? But don't. Don't dry clean either, and refrain from soaking. That's it.
